  2. If you are planning on buying a home or any other real estate property, you must register with CHARITY BEGINS With Your Home™ before you contact an agent. There is no cost to register and no obligation to complete a real estate tranaction.
  3. To register with CHARITY BEGINS With Your Home™, simply complete and submit the registration form available or call toll free 1-888-461-2001 to register with a program consultant.

What happens next?

If you already know which real estate agent or company you would like to work with, CHARITY BEGINS With Your Home™ will contact that real estate agent or company and provide them with information provided by referral real estate agents.

If you do not have a real estate agent, CHARITY BEGINS With Your Home™ can provide the names of several agents in your area. Once you have selected one of these agents, CHARITY BEGINS With Your Home™ will contact that real estate agent and provide your new agent with information provided by referral real estate agents.

When your sale or purchase is completed and closed, CHARITY BEGINS With Your Home™ will prepare a check which will be forwarded to the charity of your choice. The charity will then issue you a charitable income tax reciept (in your name) for your income tax.
